Come and join us for inner peace, calm and serenity. No previous meditation experience required as you will be guided by Sue every step of the way.

WHEN: Every Monday, except school holidays

WHERE: Trott Park Neighbourhood Centre, 34 Hessing Avenue, Trott Park, SA

TIME: 1:30pm-3:00pm

BOOKINGS: Please phone Trott Park Neighbourhood Centre on 8387 2074 at least 24 hours before the session, to pre-book and pay for the session, or 2 or more blocks, or book for the whole term.

Numbers are limited due to the new covid guidelines, so pre-booking will guarantee you a spot.

COST: $7.00 per session
